I didn't get the decision from Sask poly till now. Once I get it only I can apply. But the problem is I haven't attended the IELTS till now. The exam is keeping on postponing. If I get accepted then do I need IELTS for applying for Study permit?

But waiting for IELTS means i would not get enough time for study permit processing. Is IELTS mandatory for applying for study permit evn if I have my letter of acceptance?
