I have a slight confusion if anyone can precisely help.
I'm filling up application form for provincial nomination for saskatchewan, can someone tell me if the below federal forms require to be filled in by me. I'm single (working away in oman- done masters) and applying only for myself (My brother is canadian and my sister is an immigrant in canada). I read the guidelines but it says all the federal forms must be filled but i feel some of the forms dont apply to me. Any sort of feedback is most welcome!
IMM 5406 - additional family info (although im only applying for myself, do i still need to fill it?)
IMM 5562 - supplementary info - your travels (I've filled that)
Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (I'm single, do i still need to fill it?)
Translator Affidavit (all my documents are in english- do i need to fill it?)
IMM 0008DEP - Additional Dependants/Declaration
IMM 5475 - Authority to Release Personal Information
IMM 5476 - Use of a Representative ( i don't wish to use a rep)
Create family members (do i need to create one form for each of my family member even though im not applying for them?)

Quick Question : In the IMM008 form I see "Space reserved for applicant's photo and for family member's photo" . Do we need to paste the Photos, and then scan and upload the form ?

How we can fill IM0008 schedule 4 economic class as there is question 3 which asks which province nominated you? also below it in program section I want to write "International Skilled Worker:Saskatchewan Express Entry " but its not coming fully as the space is small, so what should I do

and how can I upload my photo? As no where in the forms has mentioned to attach a pic.
PS:I am filling an online SINP application.
