Absolutely, you fill the forms federal and provincial which is only one form i think (Schedule 4 Economy class PNP skilled worker) and all the other forms which are required on the online system. you sign them and scanned them in pdf format and upload them step by step as screen changes.
Don't forget to scan your educational, work, ielts, wes report , bank statement, passport, id, birth cert, in pdf format and upload them all on online application.
I think it requires your diplomas and transcripts but you need to attach your ECA as well and attach those diplomas and transcripts which you got evaluated in ECA report just to be on safe side.
you don't give the chance to reject your application just because of not attaching documents. Applicants are getting rejected just because of not providing documents to them what they require.
You have submitted your application. You will get the e-mail next day about receiving your application and your file number. what you can do now is simply log in again to your profile and click on "my correspondence" link in gray box. It has the receiving confirmation in it.
If you are missing some important documents which you forgot to upload or did not find the way to upload it, just email them the scanned document copy to them at provided email address: immigration.documents @ gov.sk.ca and mention your SK file number in it. They will place your documents in your file.

you will receive the letter in pdf format the next day in your provided e-mail address, which is exactly the same as the message in the correspondence box.
so is not required to upload the bank statments at the momento of filling application? that is the only thing stopping me for applying because i have to wait until july to have the 3 month balance with the required amount.
