I am creating my profile for OASIS portal. I had a question for below section.
The principal applicant's education points are calculated according to documented proof of completed post secondary education and/or training programs from a nationally or provincially recognized institution or regulatory body. The principal applicant must include diplomas, certificates or degrees for any education or training with their complete transcripts.

Question 1:
I already have an WES evaluation report, do i still provide transcripts from university or is my WES report is sufficient for proof of education? Question 2:
If transcripts are required, how do i scan and upload because Transcripts are sealed by University and has no value if they are opened or Do we need to courier transcripts to immigration team?
I have a question regarding documents that i did not attached with the application.
Background declaration & Additional family declaration for my spouse. However in my initial application I have mentioned that my family is not going to travel with me initially. Can someone advise, if these documents were mandatory and copuse result in return of application?
