Does noc code 0213 apply to a sap project manager with approx 4-5 years total exp and one yr plus project manager.

sap project manager dont hire, they work on project for a company.
so how do one can relate the responsiblilities.

Do you manage a team or a department? Meet with customers? Plan projects, control budget and spending?
Technical management is not in priority for NOC0213 as i understand.

manage them, somewhat coach them too and meet clients.

do i need to show i hire/fire them or?
