My salary was paid through bank in my first job. But in the initial 5 months , it was paid by cash. No cash slips and cheque. After that all my salary was in the bank in my second job. I have 2 years experience . In about 24 months, only 5 months salary was by cash. Is there any need for extra documents to prove my salary for those 5 months to avoid any hurdle in my application??
Not required. But if you are getting letters from both places make sure you have them mention the salary in the letter (since you don't have additional proof for one of the jobs).
If IRCC asks for salary proof later, and you are not able to provide it for the five months, I think you still have enough experience to meet the minimum requirement of 1 year (assuming the NOC matches your application and you have a good letter and your points won't change if you don't count your 5 month job).
In your case you will not have proof, but typically letter, work contracts, agreements, tax filings, paystubs etc. But like I said get the salary on the reference letter.
