How to apply for rural and northern immigration programme, want to settle permanent in Canada with family how to contact community pls somebody?

It shows community programme closed but in YouTube video they r saying its started from 1 November and few communities accepting?

I have applied in RNIP programm, i have received recommendation from community and processed file in IRCC and now I received work visa too on behalf of file in process..
My concern is i forgot to mentioned us visa refusal in form A, now I received letter from IRCC to explanation why not mentioned..
can u please help what will happen, i have booked by flight ticket on behalf of work visa.

Have you received a Work permit already ?

not mentioning USA visa refusal will lead to PFL - Did you receive this?

You mean you got work permit approval and after that letter?

i have received work visa on behalf of pr application submission.

I have just received explanation letter why no mentioned and provide documents
