hi @All my original/national passport from PAK

I am a protected person and i got my PR 6 month ago and I got my country of origin passport back as well and in may 2019 I traveled New York to attend on educational conference in UN headquarter . So When I came back on Toronto airport the immigration officer asked me a lot of question and even my refugee status and when I told him I went for conference then he said i am gonna grant u entry stamp and let me get in Canada.
So is this impact when I am gonna apply for citizenship because I traveled on country of origin passport ?

2nd question = I wanna apply RTD now and I already have country of origin passport that I don't want seize again to Immigration but I wanna travel on RTD now to onward, So Still can I apply RTD even I traveled on national passport last month and If I can apply then what reason I can give them about my national passport and last month travel.

Really appreciate if i get useful tips from you guys.

You must get an RTD if you want to do any any travelling. Travelling to your home country is still out of the question. Yes your use of your home country passport could be an issue. I would be upfront about your mistake and always explain that you were unaware that you couldn’t use your passport and got an RTD when you learned about your error.
