Hi,

Before becoming a PR, I applied for RTD that was issued for 2 years and got it within 20 days. Didnt travel with it. After becoming PR, the RTD was about to expire within 3 months. So, applied for another RTD, sending along the one I had and my national passport. Its been over 3 months and haven't received it.
Is this normal, has anyone had to wait this long or longer for RTD after becoming PR? Please share your experience.
