@Ametheus! I am AOR Dec 2020, FSW outlander, most recent GCMS notes (received March, then ordered a new one) showing eligibility not started. Primary VO moved to RROC in early Feb from HKVO (which subsequently became secondary VO), "in queue for support review", the notes indicates.
What does it mean by "Required Support Review?"

Hi!
Do you have any updates from IRCC since then? I think we are in similar situation (I am FSW-O, AOR Jan 2021, primary VO RROC, secondary VO Hong KONG, April GCMS notes also indicates in Queue for support review). My application has been in silence for almost a year now, no contacts from IRCC at all...
What does it mean by Queue for support review?". I have the same status as well. AOR Jan 2021. EE and Sec- Not Started, No remed, No ADR!!
Anyone with agent code MH26363 seen any movement after ADR??

Hi Members
FSW-O AOR- Feb 2021 VO- RROC
We received ADR on 24th April for remedicals, schedule A and PCC and uploaded the same to portal on 7th May.
However I have mistakenly uploaded schedule A in the placeholder allocated for Spouse PCC.
We have done below steps as soon as we realized our mistake on 7th May itself. (Deadline to submit ADR was 24th May)
1.Raised webform explained and attached spouse Pcc on new webform portal
2.Raised webform explained and attached spouse Pcc on old webform portal
3.Sent PCC through email to RROC, CPC Ottawa and Local VO
Is there anything else we can do?? Will this result in rejection of our application ?
Has anyone gone through similar situation? Please help. We’re going through so much anxiety atm
We received 4 acknowledgment emails on 12th May and in ADR section on portal it says “12th May- We are reviewing the documents you provided “
PS- We have called IRCC twice during this time and both agents said it won’t result in rejection since we have sent the webform before due date and we’ll get a chance to rectify the mistake. But I’ve seen instances where IRCC call center agents not giving 100% accurate info. Pls advise

Everything same except AOR November 2020. Any updates ? I received ADR for PCC , Medical and Schedule A as well as RPRF on 19th April.
It was not started when i ordered and received it in later part of 2021.
My eligibility was recommend passed in March 2022
Hey ! Congratulations on your PPR. I had seen you anxiously waiting and asking for updates on many threads. Always sent a prayer to the almighty to do it soon for you !
I’ve a question. When you last ordered your gcms notes in late 2021 , was your file transferred to RROC ? Did you see anything like -
Paper File
Location : RROC FSW Support Review Required. (On Page 2 of GCMS)
.
Eligibility and security - Not Started
.
Most recent officer notes say : In Queue for Support Review.
