Most RQ are given after the test/interview some of the RQ issue before test/interview
if officer noted extensive travel reported and need to varify the residency..
I believe it's the opposite. Most RQs are issued within couple days after they started processing application at Sydney. Some are issued right after test/interview.

When is it safe (leaving the few % for some issued after the test/interview) to say that application might NOT be RQ'ed? (During what point of processing stage)
