RQ before test , timeline

Hello everyone,
i applied in 2010 feb,
RQ and test 2011 march,
from then waiting waiting waiting,
they told me in 2013 feb i will have to see citizenship judge hearing.
does any one has this waiting time to see citizenship judge at st.clair office toronto?????

Did someone who applied for citizenship who have physical presence of at least 1095 days receive RQ? On the CIC's FAQ page, it includes information about RQ if physical presence is less than 1095, but just wondering if anyone landed with RQ but with 1095 physical days or more.

2012-10-25: Application sent to CPC-Sydney
2012-10-29: Application delivered to CPC-Sydney as per FedEx
2012-12-10: Status changed to "Received" in eCAS
2012-12-24: Letter (dated December 5th) and study guide received
2013-02-22: Application in process as per eCAS
2013-08-23: RQ letter received (Dated August 16th)

I'll have questions coming in soon enough I'm sure.

maybe your application citizenship have problem
I know many people take it before 35 month ( RQ after test)
after 35 month call CIC

I called cic they said aim in cue to see citizenship judge hearing,
that take additional 16 months.
