no idea, no one has. you just have to wait like everyone else

Got my RPRF request on sep7 th, uploaded on same day, a day later i had no additional documents needed. But I read in several places that sometimes CIC doesn't necessarily add the proper update. Be patient! It can take a while, you can never know. Don't panic

One can just speculate about the time period. But you will get it sooner, so relax and get ready.

RPRF being requested after 5 months is an indication you're about to get PPR.
