RPRF-Request to pay fees - message

I have not been requested for RPRF fee, where as my IP2 had started in mid May. Any idea?

Guys how do i pay for RPRF? Please I need some help as it doesn't show any instruction online and I haven't found any way to pay it on the website .. I would really appreciate a step by step on how to pay this!

To pay your RPRF, please follow the below instructions:

• Go to our Online Payment webpage
  
  
• Read the instructions on each page, and click “Continue” to proceed
  
  
• Select the “Immigration” link, followed by “Right of Permanent Residence Fee”
  
  
• Enter the number of fee payments (2 - we are a total of 2, change this based on the number of members in your application) in the box beside the fee of $490
  
  
• Click “Submit”
  
  
• Proceed to pay your fees by selecting “Pay” and then follow the instructions to pay with Visa,
  American Express or Mastercard. Once the payment process is complete, the web site will display your official receipt in PDF format.

You must upload a copy of your receipt to your MyCIC account.

Guys can someone help me in this
I recently got unemployed 1 month back and have experience letter which I have updated to CIC
But my spouse is unemployed from last 4months
Our case was processed on Dec 20th 2017 .
Already have paid RPRF 3 months back.
So wil my spouse's unemployed create misrepresentation in the case ?
Will that's has negative effect on the case?

Application status showing Final decision your application is in progress . We will send you message one the final decision has been made

This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa. The admissibility review is currently in process; you will be contacted if additional information is required for that purpose.


At this time our records indicate that you have not paid the required Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF). You must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF must be paid once for yourself as a principal applicant and once for your accompanying spouse or common law partner, if applicable.

pay your RPRF, please follow the below instructions:
 Go to our Online Payment webpage
