Dear Friends,

Applied under Canadian Experience class as principal Applicant and Spouse dependent. Completed Medicals and received RPRF request, still fee not paid. Now I have landed in a trouble and requesting your advise. There are few issues in our marriage releation ship and we both are working to resolve the issues, but it seems it might take some time to resolve. So, as a Principal applicant I am planinng to Inform CIC to withdraw of spouse Application, so that we resolve all our issues / concerns and then sponsor my Spouse. Please advise

1. As a primary application will this effect / delay my PR processing anyway

2. If I withdraw my dependent(Spouse) application will they withdraw my Primary applicant also

3. I need to pay RPRF fees for both of us and then notify CIC or first notify then, Pay RPRF fees for both.

4. If we sort out all our issues / concerns, Is it possible for me to sponsor my Wife later in future.

Waiting for your responses and guidance, my RPRF request to pay amount is still pending.

Thanks, appreciate you advise / guidance.

Re: Urgent - RPRF request and dependent application withdraw

Hi All,

Any advise for below request, I have one week time left for RPRF fee request to pay.

Thanks in Advance.

my advice would be to just pay the RPRF for both of you. If you do reconcile, the last thing you need is to be separated for another 2 years while waiting for another PR application to be processed.

but if that is just not an option, you could ask CIC to change her status to non-accompanying (you wouldn't withdraw her application, just change her status). Not 100% sure how they would respond, tho.

The only way it would jeopardize your application - if your request goes missing/is overlooked, you pass the deadline for the RPRF, and then your application is closed. Stranger things have happened.
