RPRF question!!

Hi yall, I have a question, it may be a bit stupid but I wanted to be sure.
I got the RPRF request for myself and my common-law partner, And I noticed after we made the payment that we had 2 place holders to upload the documents, but we made the payment for both at once (we paid 1000 with only one card)
Should I upload the same document on both placeholders, or we needed to pay them separately?


Another question, what's next after the RPRF request? is it an indication of anything?
