I've just happily and excitedly received PR e-mail today in which they requested the PP and the photos but they didn't mention anything about the RPRF at all....
Is it normal?? Or should I reply to their e-mail enquiring about the payment procedures and amount?? or I should follow the Embassy of Canada to Cairo web site procedures directly??

I think you should pay the RPRF as soon as possible. You don't have to wait for them to make a request. you can pay RPRF at any stage of your application without being asked to do so.
Thanks a lot Dears, i actually sent the embassy an e-mail and they replied the next day with the procedures of the payment and the amount required, i deposited the sum in their account as instructed and sent the full required documents to the embassy, hopefully the finalise the visa soon..
