Hi Sonea!
http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/visas/fees-frais.aspx
As per your PM too I want to clear some doubts which you have in your mind. If you are in UK you must pay your RPRF by bank draft / bank cheque in Canadian dollars. You can't pay by direct deposit into their bank account. This option is for only those people living in Nordic countries.
There are two options on how to pay RPRF in UK.
1) If you are sending your RPRF by mail / courier you need to pay by bank draft / bank cheque. Please go to your bank in UK and ask them to make a bank draft payable to "Receiver General for Canada". They will charge you some fees for that and may give you a draft in 2-3 days posted to your home address in UK. You can then mail / courier that to CHC London.
2) If you choose to go to CHC London in person you can pay by cash in Canadian dollars. Please take exact amount with you as no change will be given. You will have to appear before some officer who will take cash.
It also says if you choose to drop your application in drop box of CHC London then never put any cash in your package. Only put bank draft / cheque if you plan to leave your application in drop box of CHC London. Cash option is only available if you choose to appear in person before some officer in CHC London who will take fees in form of cash.
I hope above clears any doubts in your mind. If you still have any doubts do contact me.
With Regards.........

Nope you wrong bro, it should be payable in Canada. I check with Qorax too . Please do not give wrong information. Best only give answer to questions which you been through personally.
If paying in Canadian funds, make your payment instrument payable to the Receiver General for Canada. Payment in Canadian funds by bank draft or certified cheque must be drawn on a bank located in Canada.

Hi!
You have misunderstood this. It will be finally payable in Canada to CIC where a canadian bank will clear it. But Initially it would go to Canadian High commission London, UK.
In my opinion if you are filling the form either of them would work if you put UK or Canada.
Remember Qorax is not the last word here. He can make mistakes too. Always believe in yourself.
.
Thanks
