i have no idea why Bucharest is moving so slow. svetlana i read your "no photo" thread.. please fire that lawyer, damn! try to take the opportunity and send them pictures.. put them in a word document, transform it to PDF and send them via e-mail (case specific enquiry) .. before they ask for them.. cuz i don't think they'll ask for photos, they'll tell you to come to an interview directly
nowadays most are digital so it's easy to paste them in a word document (with a description below mentioning persons in the photo + relationship to you/husband, date location) and then convert the file to a PDF and send them. but if they're on paper i guess u can mail it to them. digital are preferred. you can even scan those on-paper photos.

you didn't send those either? oh man, you need to send as much as possible. mail is preferred. use a private courier to mail them though. when you do, mention your UCI & file number on the package so they can successfully attach the new evidence to your immigration file .
Svetlana, we have printed about 50 photos from different years and places. And we have also included plane tickets from our travels to and from each other and trips abroad together and screenshots with our emails about 7 pages, but not the actual emails, just the dates and subjects and our addresses. Now I think that might have been a mistake, but Bettina did the same thing with the emails and she's landed, as we all know.
I would print some of the most relevant - make sure you include pics from your wedding in which there are lots of smiling people... and mail them with copies of the most relevant receits. Western Union, tickets, bills if any. And yes, print in capital letters on the envelope your UCI and file number.

I still haven't mailed my application (I am sponsoring my hubby) ,cuz I need to do the legal translation and legalization. Man, it's expensive 50 bucks per document...
yeah, that's about it, i paid the same amount for translation (around 150 LEI).. i had my birth, marriage and police certificates.. oh and my ID card, that was a pain in the ass (to get a legalized copy which i had to translate after cuz it was in Romanian..). the whole immigration process is very expensive if you also add the CIC fees (we paid 1040 CAD) + the undertaking Quebec application (another 269 CAD) .. :
