hot_85 , red flags are like suspicions CIC would have about your application, namely:
big age difference between you & your husband
short courtship before marrying
meeting online and marrying the first time you see each other live for example
if you have kids together and you bring them with you, then this can prolong the process as well..
if you were married before it can take longer to process as well..

vania, i don't know, i just assume it would take a little bit more if you bring your child with you .. hot_85 passed the 14 month mark so that's all i could come up with .. she should send them a case-specific e-mail to find out what's happening tho. from your timeline i assume you still have to wait a bit
Previous marriage takes longer because they want to find out why u divorced....the reasons...so they can find out if u are serious about this relationship. thats my opinion and i read also a lot of information on this forum. they really check this. My husband was married before too. we have no kids yet. No news for me vania either. im waiting everyday.I emailed Bucharest...they replied me that: Your application is currently in queue, pending the assessment of the visa officer.
Oh,I have previous marriage and kid from that marriage. But we have common kid, who is already Canadian. I hope this will help. I`m going to shoot myself, if they want interview.
