hi all,

1. Is it possible to return to Canada with just the landing record and without PR Card, if I am traveling
in a Rental Car? Do they even rent cars so that I can drive to Canada?


2. also i am planning to cross border by road where to apply PR card ? border office fill PR card for all members at border?

3. which rental car is better to take which allows crossing border i am Virginia state.?
