Returned Immigration application (Please HELP)

Hi,

Today I received my returned family class application due to this reasons...

1) application to sponsor (IMM1334 02/2012) is new application so use that
2) Generic application for Canada (IMM0008 02/2012) is also new application so use that
3) Scheudle A IMM5669 07/2011 is replacing IMM008 Schedule I (if applicable)

My questions are

1) do I have to pay again from IMM 5401?

2) if my spouse health check was done on OCT 27/2011 should we do a new one?



Please give me your thoughts and what is the best way I should do? should I hire a lawyer to do this?

Yeah u need to do medicals again...as its will expire within few days...so its better to have medicals again.
U dont need to pay fees again , just send the receipt of the fees along with yr app.

unfortunately, I'm currently in Australia doing my master ... How can I obtain new form from Canada Revenue Agency?

or can I still use 2010 tax year?

Hi yohanko,

My partner and I are living in Australia and were able to call Canada revenue agency and get them to send the Option C printout for all years since 2007. My Canadian partner has been in Aus for the last 3-4 years so doesn't have an income shown for those dates, however it does show that he wasn't on any welfare payments, which is what CIC are looking for. We had the printouts sent to his mom's Canadian address, who then forwarded it to us here in Aus, and it only took about 10-12 days in total.

You could try calling the 18009598281 number from skype, or additionally there is an international enquiries number based in Ottawa for CRA: 1-613-940-8495.

I called around 11pm Sydney time (8am Ottawa time), which got me through without too much waiting.
