Progress report card. I checked the progress report card again, and attendance is not indicated there, So I probably need to ask a letter from the school indicating my kid's attendance record, But doesn't the report card constitute an official record? This is probably what's missing, i can't think of anything else.

You may request the school for 'Index' which is actually enrollment history. School of my child provided it.

Well the progress report card usually given to the student after 2 months from school start date
And the one you should include is the end year report card which should include how many days
Of absence .

What I submitted was the year end report cards, I just reviewed it now- the absences and late records are on the top right hand side of the page. So I have all the school records complete after all.
