Returned Application, updated dates/forms questions

Hi,

My spousal sponsorship application was returned to me due to missing handwritten signature on the IMM 5669.

I mailed my application out on Jan 16, 2019, do I need to redo all the signatures/dates?

In addition, I noticed 3 forms has been updated as of Feb 2019, IMM 5533, IMM 5532, IMM0008. I assume I need to redo these applications but would I need to update the dates on the forms? Specifically, the dates by the signature boxes as well as the dates in the From and To section for my employment history and address history (if they haven't changed). For example, when I submitted in Jan, the "To" date was 2019-01. Would it now need to be updated to 2019-03? For just these 3 forms or for all the forms?

You can send a letter with the application explaining that it was returned and you fixed your mistakes (missing signature). However, you should file with the updated applications from February to be safe, and also mention that you are filing with the updated ones in your explanation letter.

Also forgot to mention, since you are resending, yes you would need to update employment, personal history, etc to the current date (2019-03)

Thanks for the quick reply! For the entire application or just the 3 updated forms? I assume signature dates as well?

yes, you should change the "to" date and refill completely the 3 updated forms :3

I was about to send the forms and recently they updated 5669, 5533 1344 and 0008. Am again preparing my application
My question is on 5532 and some other forms we both need to sign forms by hand for Dates there is option to select electronically, is that ok of one of us fill it electronically and other write with hand ?because we are at different places I ll send the aplication by Post sonshe ca sign and return to me
