I am from north bay ,I got returned my pr application due to incomplete
Ircc sent me email that I need to upload two documents
One birth certificate and other one rnip new one
I contacted rnip representative they are saying I need to contact ircc regarding this , they only can help
My question is should I upload my birth certificate and attached email which sent by rnip representative that they cannot give letter again

What is rnip? Are you being sponsored by your spouse/common law partner who is a PR or citizen of Canada?
If not, you likely posted at a wrong section of the forum. (this section is for Family Class Sponsorship)
In general you need to submit all missing documents for your application to get to AOR state.
