My PR application was returned due to missing documents that is the Birth certificate for me and my spouse.
Now the problem is me as a Principal applicant I do have a Birth certificate but My wife doesn't. She Does have an OCI card as she is no longer an Indian Citizen so can I submit an OCI card and a letter of explanation stating that her Birth certificate is lost and I'll be providing an OCI card instead? (I am applying as an inland applicant UNDER RNIP)
