Hello.
A year ago I got an exclusion order for my 6 months overlimit stay. I'm planing to go back to Canada to visit my bf who is still there. We gonna stay there for 3 months only, and than go back to our country.
I've a valid visitor visa.
I would like to know if there is any chance they denied my entrance because of my past
There is always a chance that CBSA will deny you entry. A TRV only allows you to apply for entry to Canada. CBSA gives you the visa (stamp in your passport is the visa).
Three months is too lost a visit after an exclusion order. Keep your trip to 2-3 weeks, make sure you have a return ticket and make sure you carry evidence of ties to your home country (e.g. property ownership/rental, employment, etc.).
Yes - there's always a chance you could be denied entry. Again, three months is too long a visit and will increase your chances of problems at the border since it demonstrates you have no real ties to your home country.
