I got divorce from my husband in june-2008 before that he was my benificery of my saving of Retirement fund in Standard Life .but on dec-2008 i came to know that he had withdrwn all(4000 C$)on dec-2008 from this account.I think he has used my singanture to do this by his own writting.Because all my papers was with him.
i wrote a mail to standard life and they replied to contact him for financial transation details over phone and in-person.
Can you guide me what can I do to get this money back from my Ex husband.can i file case with police as fraud.
which canadiian office should i contct for this matter.
i am m married now with another boy and he is coming ca in this march.
i havent informed to Standard life about my divorce as i was busy in some other work and forgotten to inform him that i got divorced from my benifeciary.
