Hello, I had been issued PEI ITA in the last year September and applied on it. Later, my application has assessed and a decision has been rendered to decline the application. Because at that time, priority processing is given to the applicants with full-time job offer only. However, now I'd like to resubmit EOI to PEI but I can't as the system says this passport number is already in the system. Moreover, I tried with a different email address but the same passport number. Does that mean, whose application once declined can't resubmit EOI in this province?
