Question regarding Prince Edward Island EOI

[ASPIRE2020]

Hi friends.

Is there anyone who has submitted the EOI for the provincial nomination for PEI province.
While submitting the EOI , it asks me to select one of the options below

I have had my foreign qualification verified with the regulated body in PEI.
I have at least one year continuous full-time work experience in PEI.

Now My qualification is not a regulated one . It has been assessed and I have ECA from WEC
Also I don't have a work experience in PEI

So which option can I select ?
