Restoration work permit application

Hi is anyone applied for restoration by paper?I am under live in caregiver program,I change employer and my permit expires last march 16,however I applied by paper and sent it last March 16,but my lmia still on process,what will I do if my lmia already approve by God grace,do I need to send the whole application package again?or just call cic and informed them about it?any help pls...I'm worried now.. It's been 2mons this may 15 thank you
