Hi I recently applied for a restoration of status as a student in Canada but my application was rejected because they didn't believe that I was a genuine student.
Anyways, I am originally from Japan and have dual citizenship as an American so I plan to go the border of Niagara Falls to apply for a study permit even though I am currently studying in Canada without a valid status. Can anyone tell me their experience going to Niagara Falls to apply for a study permit.

Thanks.

1. Lets see, refused study permit, studying without permission, going to a border to apply for study permit? I think that you are probably going to be refused admission and banned for 6 months, but that is just my opinion.
