Restoration of Status while waiting for AIP?

So if we extended my stay as a visitor and got an email confirmation that they received it the day before the IEC visa ran out, and Vegreville didnt receive the PR plus OWP app until a couple days later. Then received a short 4 month extension later on which just ran out earlier this month - I'd need to restore it?

No, as you submitted an OWP with your application to Vegreville, so you have implied visitor status, until the decision is made on your application. If you want a piece of paper in your hand, you can apply for restoration as a visitor and pay the extra $200, but it is not necessary.

Even if it was received a couple days after the IEC visa ran out? And me having to extend my stay the day before it ran out as well. Just wanna make sure so I won't get in trouble later on in the process. Thank you so much for making this clear! We don't have any money to spare to be honest with only my partner working its very limited.. Even just doing the Medical exam will hurt financially!

Plus that extension ran out earlier this month so even if it says apply 30 days before I'd been on implied status because of the pending OWP we sent along!

can I get a work permit on US/Canada border under IEC?
My previous work permit got expired on 22 july and passport is still with IRCC people. The mistake in my application was my employer by mistake marked me outside Canada. I have stopped working since 22 july and decision for my new work permit came on 27th july. I cant go to border because my passport will come back by early next week. can anyone simply my situation?
