I was recently refused for PGWP for being part time student in one semester. I have been given 90 days to restore my status.
After speaking to multiple lawyers and immigration consultant, they recommended me to apply for restoration as a student under a new program. So I enrolled into one year certificate program in the same university I graduated from.
My concern is whether there is a chance of getting a refusal on this application? And if so what should I do? In terms of additional documentation or restoring into a visitor after the new application refusal?
There are guarantees with IRCC but It's a university course - you should be fine. You're only allowed part-time for the last semester, keep that in mind for the future.

Thank you so much this gives a little hope. I was going to fail the course in that semester n get probation which is why I had no option but to drop the course
