Response to the fairness letter for medical inadmissibility

Hi,
I received a fairness letter on Dec 5, 2017. In my fairness letter, they were asking for a response about the mitigation plan. But in my submitted application it is showing this:

Does it mean I need to redo the medical or just respond to the fairness letter? As far as I know, medical expires after 1 year. Then why are they asking for proof of medical with a replacement needed? I did my medical on May 29, 2017.

You're about to be charged with medical inadmissibility. You'll need to prove yourself that your condition won't be of excessive demand on health resources. You need to address the concerns on the procedural fairness letter.

Thanks. It means I dont need to do the medical again. Its just response to the fairness letter. I might get a letter from my specialist.
