I also received this rcmp request on Jan 29 and I'm getting really paranoid and worried about my application..

This is my timeline:
File Received: July 4, 2014
File Number Received: August 21, 2014

I didn't re-submit my RCMP as I have already submitted it along with the whole application package. So I did exactly what the email ask me to do: ignore this email..

However, I received my GCMS notes today. There are no updates on whether they found my rcmp in my file as of Feb 12. There's only a sub-action for my criminality check: Fingerprints Requested.

I called CIC and the agent said in this case I do not need to reply to that email, but she said there are no indications on my file that says they received it.

Now I'm really confused as people applied after me start getting their medical exam requests.. And also, I forgot to make a copy of my RCMP when I filed my application.. what should i do???
 
you can request for GCMS notes to know whats happening in your file.

Just respond to that mail which you got for RCMP request saying you have already submitted along with your application. though they mention that disregard if already submitted but i would prefer to atleast respond saying it already there in the PR application.

Yeah I will reply to that email maybe they will update my file.

Does it say in your GCMS notes that they located your RCMP? In my notes it only says requested fingerprints but didn't say anything else. However, for my husband (dependent), the same field in the note says "no reportable trace".. ???

In my GCMS notes it says "CRIMINALITY:PA:RCMP Screening:Fingerprint received" where as in my wifes(dependent) it says nothing. As per the GCMS notes Eligibility - in progress status;review required by officer, Criminality - in progress
eagrly waiting for MR not sure when its going to come to my email inbox.

I just re-did my rcmp. Too tired of being paranoid.

I called CIC and the agent told me they haven't touch my file yet. Guess they are still waiting for me to submit this document even though they asked me to ignore it.

I have done my medical on March 03,2015. I have received email from CIC requesting for My and my spouse Passport copies. I was surprised that they must ask me to submit original passport for landing sticker. But my lawyer said that CIC do not put a record of Landing in the passport anymore. CIC send us PR card. I am not sure about the changes in rules. If any one can tell me about this.

I have a question for, Hw did I come to know ur file is in second review ? And wat does second review means ?
