Hi guys, maybe you can advice me what to do:
I got the email for the invitation to the online oath ceremony from cic-citoy-convo like 4 weeks ago when I was outside Canada stranded because airports were closed, I replied with this reason and was told they will reschedule at a later date after I've returned to Canada and was asked to send to them a copy of my plane ticket when I am back.
I came back to Canada more than a week ago and replied the email attaching proof of my airplane boarding passes one week ago but I just got an automatic acknowledgement of receipt. In the email says that any request received other than for a virtual ceremony or for a justification of absence, will be automatically deleted and not processed.
Since I was not replied by a person, I was wondering If I need to call or use the IRCC Web Form to request a reschedule or just wait for a reply?
