please help , I have been requested to submit my passport but I'm currently not in my country of residence, can I submit my passport to any VAC for the visa?
 
You'll need to reconfirm this from the visa office you intend to submit your passport to + the visa office where you had applied to. It is possible to submit passports in other countries and has been done before
