Actually this is shown in the application status when you click on check status and messages. There are few other things showing in that part like medical status, background check etc.
If you can recall checking it, please share as it will be of great help.

agent said based on the system it still says Oct 5th, basically syndey hasn't updated that piece of information.

Abt the Oct 5th you been discussing.

Actually, mine was Oct 12th and was also processed in Nov 28th( I called IRCC and found out the retake request ) So it might be delay in agent updating.

My question is :
My system status before receive the retake is alreay " uploaded "
How do I know if my new photo is received ?(other than the Canada Post tracking) Can I call IRCC to find out ?

Really strange; Mine was like yours but is now changed to “...has been uploaded”. My photos were received on Oct 16th.

How do they normally provide you new PR card? Is it always through mail, if so can i go back to my country and wait for PR card there. I have provided by father in law's address here so when he will receive it he can give it to me. I have a flight back on 23rd Dec to settle my issues need some serious advice.

Based on the thread's above i don't see my PR card coming before the end of Jan'18. IRCC received my photos on 23rd Nov as per courier tracking.

What status does your additional documents show in your cic account? Is it “additional documents are reviewed “ or “additional documents have been uploaded “
