Hi guys have been reading about this issue on photos request.

Anyone of you here who took pics from Costco and asked to retake the photos? When I looked at the forum many who were already in Canada suggested to go to Costco for pictures.

I took pictures from Costco, twice, for the application then for the passport request,,, no problème,,,

I linked my application with MyCIC. Now it shows my PR application is approved. That means photos are accepted.

How come your photo retake application got approved within 4 days when all of us are waiting for over 2 months?

21-August-2017 : received email requesting new photos
25-August-2017 : Photos received
29-August-2017 : Approved on MyCIC
waiting for pr card!

in my cic account application is subitted and not any other update so how u know for ur photo updating

I received an email from cic that said that my application has been updated. I checked my cic account. It shows pr card application approved.

I received photo request on August 16. Posted a new photos on the same day and they were delivered on August 21.
I received another email requesting for new photos on August 23. Should I send a new set of photos?

same happen to me So i called cic and they said they only working on pics they got on 7th june so i can avoid second email.

My first email for pics requested on - 16 august

delivered on 21st august

got another email requesting pics on - 23rd august

I am really worried now

Hello I have received 2 emails on the same day to resubmit the photos for my wife and daughter (separately).
Can I send photos for both in the same envelope or I should send 2 envelope them separately ?

Same envelope, don't forget to sent both email's copy with the pictures of your relatives.

Iam in the same boat what the fuck is wrong with them i talked to the lady on the phone she told me to send photos she sent an email and on the 16th i got another email
PS i talked to the lady on the 10th of august and i got another email in the 16th
The best thing is to resend photos to avoid thinking and being worried

I sent them 2 sets of photos this time. One set with eyeglasses and the other one without them. I just don't want to take the risk of having to wait for many many months for my PR card.
