Request letter for remedical with out medical instruction

Hi every one, I submitted my PR app last Jan 10,2024 and submitted my old medical exam done Jan 2022 and my Dependents done April 2023, I received request letter from my email that we nee to redo the medical exam because its nearly expired and we did not come here as PR ,and they will send another email for medical instruction with in. 48hrs, unfortunately its been already a week but I did not received any medical instruction Im pretty sure that im eligible for the new public policy that medical is valid for 5 years if your already inside Canada in my PR tracker our Medical is completed and in GC key no need for medical but need additional documents to upload showing Prof of Medical exam. I called Ircc as per them no need to do anything and just wait for another week if no medical instruction recieved I will just upload explaination letter that I did not recieve medical instruction and my medical status is complete.
Any Idea or do anyone here have the same case as our thank you.
