My course is starting on 1st May 2023 but my medical expiry date is 31st March 2023, and I will travel in April 23 mid.
I called IOM (International Organization for Immigration) to book an appointment for medical retake but they said I can only take upfront medical once, and they won't allow me retake medical unless I have IRCC instruction letter.
Can I raise a webform and ask VO to send me Instruction Letter before my last medical expiry date?
