Have been asked by the LVO to submit "New Schedule A background declaration" forms....
I want to ask what does this new mean...on searching the cic site for forms i figured that IMM 5669 is the new version of the background declaration form...but nowhere does the site reads NEW....plz help whcih form shud i fill for updated background declaration..
Well they asked everyone to fill these new forms. Have they asked u to send generic application form???? the available forms on CIC website are new. use them. Generic form is validated after completion and then print is taken. its 5669 u r right.
I receive an email asking for that too...new means not the form itself but an updated background declaration...maybe there is a gap on your personal history that need to be included or an update for the work history, etc. If you have a gap on personal history it is likely to be returned but it also depends on the agent handling your papers.
