Did anyone received PPR or MR after sending additional documents ( Evidence of marriage) to CIC?


I have already sent all documents on Feb 20,2014 still no update Eagerly waiting for PPR magic email..!

So how many days it took to get PPR request after sending your documents.?

No update from CIC yet, Ecas not changed. Still showing "Medical has been received".

My additional documents were delivered to CIC on Feb 21 and someone signed for package.

I am not sure if I have to send an email to CIC for acknowledgement on delivery of the documents.Any suggestions please.

Those were the two attached word documents you have to download from CIC email.
You can also find forms at CIC website,

Just want to share something here,

I am getting lot of personal messages from people who have received email request from CIC for "additional documents".

Looks like CIC is asking evidence of relationship documents to everyone who have included spouse during the later stages of the application process.

If anyone considering or already included spouse during your ongoing application, expect this kind of email from CIC.

Try to collect all supporting documents such as marriage photos,email conversation,phone bills, financial support etc.

@Vinny: I wold recommend you to email CPCO to acknowledge the receipt of your docs. I did the same.

Thanks vijayarr, I really want to do that but my lawyer thinks that its not required to inform CIC. My all communication goes to my lawyer directly.

If I email from my personal I'd to CPCO would It be recommended?

with below comment..


" Payment Receipt: Payment Receipt Processing Fee. The IMM5620 is not processed at CPC-O, therefore the credit card will not be charged. To make a payment, please go to this website: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en

Today I have received GCMS Notes, which was generated on 18-02-2014... it says

Eligibility: Passed
Security : Not started
Criminality : In Progress
Medical:Passed

but worrying part is Due Date:2014/04/12, I guess this might be the date when V.O will revisit my file for additional documents sent.?
