Representative Issue

Dear Seniors,

I used a consultancy for OINP. The consultancy gave me nomination certificate as soon as i got it. I did upfront medical and gave all docs to the consultancy. No i know that he had not made me fill any representative form which he said he will will representative. I don't know the name of representative. Now he is not providing me any details and update of my case. All i have is nomination certificate, ITA, thats it. I dont know GC key and my login credentials. Is there any means i can contact the visa office directly and told them about the issue? Please guide me and thank you.

Yes, i paid him 2000 dollars. He siad i have to pay 2000 more after ppr. I dont know weather I have a representative or not. paid, unpaid no idea. I dont know how to proceed, if i send representative cancellation form, I dont know any details about him. If i happen to send, i am afraid if he use my information and misinterpret to cic. Dont know I am stucked badly. Please help me resolve this issue.
