I got to know that if you or your spouse had any visa rejection in past, that needs to be declared while applying for PR. In my case , my spouse had study visa rejection 11 years back for US and Canada 2 times each in same year. He does not know the reason as he had applied through consultancy and consultancy did not give him any refusal letter. He was not aware that point of time . My question is how to get it done . I am really anxious about this situation . kindly help me on this . Thanx in adavnce.
You have to tell them what you know. If you don't know the exact reasons why (and it was a long time ago, so that's reasonable), just write than in the explanation. CBSA can access the records and check for themselves.
Be as honest as you can. Remember that they will have access to the exact application that was made, so don't make the mistake of lying. If you don't know, say that. Don't make something up.

Thanks for your quick response . I am worried because within two months 4 times rejection had happened from US and Canada . Will it have a negative effect ?

It depends on the reasons why he was refused. If it was for misrepresentation (he/the consultant lied or submitted fake papers) then it can have a significant effect. If it was something simpler (he just didn't have the money to study in US/Canada) then it's not such a big deal.
There's nothing you can do about that now. Simply be as honest as you can in the application and hope for the best. Again, make sure you ask your husband to be absolutely certain that he doesn't remember. You cannot say that you don't remember, and then three months later say that the reason was XYZ. That will look very suspicious.

Thanx ... Yes i can not do anything now. Will disclose everything and hope for best. One more query. Is there any way to know the reason behind visa rejection. Means, through mail or some

Yes, you can order GCMS notes. Google "Order GCMS Notes" and pick one of the companies that offer this service. It should not cost more than $20 (maximum) so don't get swindled.

No he didn't get ban. That's why he was able to apply multiple times.. It was simply a query that came to my mind..Thanks for answering all of my questions . The reason why i asked that question is ... If the banned person can get PR then in our case chances are more . I was just checking our probabilities..
