Can someone please help me with this problem. I'm apply visitor visa for my parents. I will rent a place for all of us for a month they stay because my current renting room is small and cant fit all of us. My question beside the new renting contract for the place that I rent for a month, do I have to submit my current renting contract?. My landlord didn't give me a contract when I first moved in to avoid tax. What can I do in this case?

As my agent asked my to submit renting contract to prove where I am living, but I already booked a place for my parents during their visit. So I wonder I sill need to submit my renting contract for my current address.
Thank you.

So you mean if I have a place for my parents when they come to Canada and I can prove it then it's not necessary to provide my living arrangement. Am I correct?

There is no need to prove that you have a place for your parents. That is why your parents should prove that they can afford the trip and that they have enough funds for any eventuality.
Your "sponsorship" is secondary and because of that as long as you give them an invitation letter, a bank snapshot and a photo ID, it is enough.
