Applying to OHIP while still renting on Airbnb

Hi,
We're renting an apartment on Airbnb for 1 month hoping to rent a more permanent place and get our goods to follow within that month.
I've read that signed COPR and passwort is generally enough to prove your identity and that you're a legal PR.

But what about the proof I live in Ontario? Can Airbnb confirmation work? Or is it better to wait until we get a rental contract?

There are numerous other documents besides a lease that are accepted for OHIP. See this list: https://www.ontario.ca/page/documents-needed-get-health-card#section-1

There is no point in applying for OHIP early, so you can casually wait until closer to the 3 months waiting period is up, and by then you should easily have at least 1 of these proofs.
