renewing PR card(living outside Canada for 1095 days or more in the past 5 years)

my PR card is expiring in mid January and I am trying to fill in the IMM5444 form and saw the box "proof of residency requirement " on IMM 5644. My wife, a Canadian citizen, and I are planning to move back to Canada in July 2019 with our children and we have been living in Hong Kong since 2011. I wonder what i should provide as the proof for my residency requirement?( bank account in Canada? notice of assessment? properties under my wife's name in Canada?property taxes?

any opinions are appreciated.

I believe that they are expecting proof of physical presence in Canada or proof of meeting the few exemptions available to you.
