renewing PR card for the first time

hi everyone,
I m renewing my PR card for the first time and i have few questions.
1) Some section like 13 and D don't apply to me and i left them blank. does that mean my application will be returned?
2) Some time period in the Education and Work section is not covered (such as unemployed for one week). Do I have to mention that?

1) Yes, any incomplete application will be returned. I would rather put "non applicable" than leaving blank.
2) You can.
